How enterprise pricing works
Flat platform license, sized to the deployment
Enterprise Self-Hosted is a flat annual platform license priced on the scope of your deployment — environments, scale, and support — with no per-seat metering. Add users, roles, and AI Employees without renegotiating your license. Terms are set in an MSA with a DPA, and invoicing is annual via purchase order.
What a pilot looks like
Every engagement can start with a free 30-day evaluation license: we agree on success criteria with your team, deploy in your environment — on-prem, private cloud, or air-gapped — and support your platform and security reviewers through evaluation. The evaluation converts to an annual license when your criteria are met.
Procurement support
We work inside your process: security questionnaire responses, architecture review sessions with your engineers, MSA/DPA negotiation, and a custom SLA defined in your agreement. The platform's controls are designed in alignment with ISO 27001, GDPR and India's DPDP Act 2023, SOX ITGC, and SOC 2-style trust criteria; our architecture documentation and control mappings are available under NDA. Named support engineers with defined response times are assigned at signing.
Per-seat platforms tax adoption. Megapodes doesn't.
Retool self-hosted and Power Apps bill per user — every new team member is a line item. Megapodes Enterprise Self-Hosted is a flat platform license plus your infrastructure: unlimited users and apps, with assurance — identity integration, SLA, named support, audit help — instead of seat meters. Roll it out to the whole organization without the cost curve.

Questions about pricing?
How is Megapodes licensed?
Megapodes is a commercial platform, and every tier runs under a commercial license: a free 30-day evaluation license for pilots, a monthly subscription for Cloud, and a flat annual platform license for Enterprise Self-Hosted. The enterprise license is priced on deployment scope — environments, scale, and support — never per seat, so unlimited users and apps are included.
How does enterprise licensing work?
Enterprise Self-Hosted is a flat annual platform license priced on the scope of your deployment — environments, scale, and support — with no per-seat metering. It covers deployment on your infrastructure (on-prem, private cloud, or air-gapped), unlimited users and apps, SSO/OIDC and SCIM-ready identity, a custom SLA defined in your agreement, named support engineers with defined response times, security questionnaire and audit support, MSA/DPA, and annual invoicing via purchase order.
Do you support proof-of-concept deployments?
Yes. Every engagement can start with a free 30-day evaluation license: we agree on success criteria with your team, help you deploy on your infrastructure or ours (including air-gapped), and support your platform and security teams through evaluation. The evaluation converts to an annual license when your criteria are met.
What's the difference between Cloud and Enterprise Self-Hosted?
Cloud is managed multi-tenant hosting for small teams — up to 10 apps and 50 users per workspace with priority email support. Enterprise Self-Hosted runs on your infrastructure (on-prem, private cloud, or air-gapped) under a flat platform license with unlimited users and apps, SSO/OIDC and SCIM-ready identity, a custom SLA defined in your agreement, named support engineers, security questionnaire and audit support, MSA/DPA, custom plugins, and vertical packs.
Can I move between environments later?
Yes. Megapodes has full app portability — export your app as a signed, versioned bundle (secrets excluded and rekeyed) and import it into any licensed environment with diff, dry-run, approval, and idempotent apply. You can promote from an evaluation deployment through test to an enterprise production deployment.
Do I need a GPU for the AI features?
For self-hosted deployments, you need a machine that can run a local LLM via Ollama. We recommend a GPU with at least 8GB VRAM; CPU-only inference is possible but slower. Cloud includes managed Ollama on a GPU pool, and enterprise deployments size the GPU host with you during the pilot.
What happens to my data if I cancel Cloud?
You can export your entire app configuration and data at any time using signed portability bundles. Your data is yours — full export tools, no lock-in. If you cancel, you can move the same app to a licensed self-hosted deployment with no migration effort.
